Ashram or commune in a tropical beach!

If someone wants to help me to make an ashram in a tropical beach, is very welcome! Money, ideas, personal help, or anything that you can give. This ashram will not follow any religion or belief, no meditation, or guru. Just enjoing life, here and now. Wind surfing, swimming, relaxing, relating, aloneness will be part of the activities!
